We had a challenging and drawn-out closing process due to endless, unreasonable demands from the bank, but Kristin, the sr. paralegal at our attorney’s office, was the absolute standout. She was incredibly responsive—taking calls, texts, and emails at all hours—and consistently followed through with a level of professionalism and care that truly went above and beyond. Kristin not only kept things moving when they felt stalled but also took the time to explain key details and offer advice to help us make better decisions going forward. I unfortunately cannot recommend this Law firm. I used them to sell a rental property that closed 10/2024 at the recommendation of my realtor. Their communication leading up to the sale was poor at best. I did not feel that this was a priority to them - I had to reach out several times to plan a time to sign documents and needed to ask a number of questions before I felt that anything progressed. After the sale, it took until July 2025 to receive the balance owed to me for the water bill. I was told that they needed to keep an amount to take care of the final water bill. I was contacted in December by ECWA that the bill was not yet settled and I offered to pay it myself. It took several months of back and forth with promises broken to finally receive the amount owed to me. I wish I did not

Absolute worst experience with this attorney while closing our deal. He over charged us and also after several phone calls and e-mail doesn’t respond. He directed his receptionist to not forward our calls neither to get back to me. It’s been almost two months we are stuck on an answer and he charged us for that service. There are several other things which we raised concern with Bar association of Erie county
