I used Howard for a real estate transaction. I called and spoke with him and I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone. It was so bad that he actually wrote me an email after to apologize. While I appreciated his apology his behavior was unprovoked and completely inappropriate. After I spoke to his secretary and she said he speaks to her like that. I'm not sure how he doesn't have more negative reviews. He is very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Howard was everything we could have asked for from a real estate attorney. This was a stressful process for us as we were selling our house while living halfway across the country... but Howard's service made this as painless as it could have been. He was on top of everything going on, was easily and constantly accessible for questions, explained things clearly and simply, and his rates were competitive. After a negative experience with the attorney we used to purchase the property, Howard was a breath of fresh air. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Howard Cadmus is a fantastic lawyer and person. I have used him to close most of my real estate deals. He goes above and beyond. He also very graciously donated his wonderful sweet treats 16 to our fund raiser . Just a great guy!
