Vivian Riveiro did the closing on my first home ,and she guided me through the experience. She extremely attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. Even when she was in the middle of her vacation ; she took the time to assist me with an issue. She also LEO friendly ,and has done few closings for personal friends who all have had similar experiences. Highly recommend ;and I will be using her for my investment properties!

My wife and I purchased our home with this company back in 02/2017 and had an overall pleasant experience. They were attentive to our calls and provided us timely service at one time. Fast forward to today and the experience has been vastly different, and for the worse. We wanted to purchase a much smaller property and spoke with them on the matter when we were serious to move forward. Once we began the process and were ready to move forward, our calls and messages stopped being returned. Because of our previous experience we decided to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. After seeing days, then weeks of waiting for call back, we attempted to reach out to the attorney one last time and inquire why our calls werent being returned, to no avail. Just did a closing with them and they are super unresponsive, you call and they never call you back. They caused a huge delay in our closing because of their unwillingness to help when they were made aware of in advance. Needless to say I would never use them.
