I had a great experience working with Maynor. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful, patient, and informative. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and made sure I understood what to expect with my injury claim. Maynor also helped get me connected with a chiropractor right away, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I am updating my previous review after receiving the final outcome of my case. At the beginning, I was encouraged to leave a positive Google review. So I did. Unfortunately, the final result did not reflect the expectations that were set. I did not receive compensation to cover even the weeks of rental car expenses, and the amount obtained barely covered the repairs to my vehicle. After receiving the final letter stating that nothing further was gained, I feel it is important to share my final experience. I trusted this firm to properly represent my interests, but the final outcome was disappointing. I believe future clients should be fully informed about realistic expectations before being asked to post positive reviews.

Dear Ward Law, I want to address the statement that you have been unable to reach me. I have answered your calls and have connected with your office. During our last call, I was placed on hold after being told it would take 30 seconds, but I remained on hold for an extended period of time. When I eventually hung up, I did not receive a return call. Additionally, I am concerned that nothing appears to be moving forward with my case. There has been no visible progress, and this has not been a smooth process. Alejandro is now the third attorney assigned to my case. Each time there is a change, I am asked to repeat the same information again. After a month and a half waiting my car has not been fixed yet. Yesterday I was notified that the insurance of the guilting does not cover third injured. So I have to pay the deductible to get my car fixed out of my pocket. And no one will refund my deductible or I won't receive any extra money for physical damages.I do not recommend this office.
