My experience with Jacqueline Bowden Gold and her staff was both professional, knowledgeable and personable. My experience with Jacqueline Bowden Gold and her assistants was both professional and personable. Ms. Bowden took the time necessary to customize my estate planning and to explain everything step-by-step in an understandable way. She delivered an outstanding and complete binder with all the documents including instructions on what you need to move your assets into the trust. The finished product was very well organized and well documented. She is an extremely knowledgeable attorney with integrity, who genuinely cares about you.

Hate to do this, but wasn't happy with Rarick and if I wasn't charged a consultation fee, I wouldn't have said anything. Before going in, I explained to Rarick my situation and what was needed. He then quoted me the cost of the work on the phone and said I need to come in for a consultation. The consultation literally was the same thing we spoke about on the phone, but he was charging me $500 for this. When I was in the office with him, he told me the cost would be higher than what he quoted me on the phone by 25%. This didn't make sense, because the phone call and consultation information was exactly the same. On the phone he said $3,500-$4,000. In person he said $5,000 + $500 the consultation fee. A clear bait and switch. The worst part about it was that I had to pay a consultation fee
