If you are looking for a lawyer that cares and isnt going to waste time and resources Miva Vanengen is the right choice. I got put in a tough spot as a trustee for my grandparents trust, Miva took the time to walk me through the process and actually let me do some leg work to save money as she knew i was tight on funds. She made thw whole process easy. You cN just tell she cares about what she is doing. I highly recommend her firm.

Ineffective counsel - provided solution that least benefited me and made me as responsible for the negligence of my co-trustee when I wasn’t to blame. I was given only one solutions that tied me to their on-going attorney fees when MT allows Trust supervision to be given back to the trustees - but, I wasn’t told that. I was charged for work I specifically declined to move forward with but she did anyways. She provided a plan, describing it as “my fiduciary responsibility,”began the court papers to later provide a clause in my Trust to change her mind. To top it off, I wasn’t given my full retainer back AND wasn’t given it at all until a month after signing their withdrawal docs. Do not sign with this firm.
