I recently had an experience with this firm that left much to be desired. Despite their professional reputation, I found their communication skills severely lacking. Phone calls were rarely returned, and follow-ups were delayed without explanation. It’s disappointing when you can’t rely on an attorney for timely communication. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their client service.
