Doug was amazing! Brian was amazing! Taylor was amazing! You all did such a great job with my case! Answering my calls, answering my questions, treating me like I mattered, handling my case in a professional manner, and acting like a zealous Advocate! This is the team you need to hire. You will not be disappointed. I feel, however, that I need to call out Charity as the weak link in the chain though. The first meeting I had, she did not show up for. She then blamed it on me for not showing up because her kids were sick (I dunno, you make it make sense). The 2nd time, I made an appointment on her calendar. I then also emailed her that I made an appointment on her calendar. She did not show up for the appointment. She "went on vacation and forgot to turn off her calendar before doing so" was

0 out of 5 stars all of the except 1 Cisco stayed in contact regularly until he was terminated and every one else was barely in any contact my case was reassigned 3 different times by Doug's colleagues, they never got a hold of me at all, except to tell me that they were terminated in someone else took over my case communication with everyone besides Cisco was horrible and they still charged me $8000. I would never recommend any person to the advocates ever after my experience. I still have half of mind to go to the Bar Association and report my experience. Pretty much everyone handled my case poorly and I don't think they should've gotten paid that much but I signed for it so I'm living with my choice, but never recommending the advocates to anyone ever again after my experience.
