This office is a complete rip off! Do not use their services! $750 wasted to draft documents but never signed due to the clients death!!!! Had to call 4 times to get an answer. Oh yeah the funny part is the attorney said if I represent you in the estate then I can adjust the bill while this account accurate interest every 30 days! I guess that's his way of not feeling guilty for taking advantage huh?! Mind you the estate is very small and no reason for him to represent me! This office is a pure joke!!!!!

Mr. McConnell is wonderful about responding to your questions. You do not have to wait long for a response. He listens to what you want to do & offers advice on the best options to get the best possible results.

The only reason there is 1 star, is due to the fact I would like someone to actually read this review. I used then to purchase my business, Tideline Marine. The seller did not have an attorney but agreed to move forward. When there was an issue with the contract after closing Kevin stated he represented both of us, and could not help. Last time I checked, if I am the one who paid you, the other party did not, your my attorney. Then Kevin wrote a one liner to me saying he can no help but then wrote a letter to the court about how he was both our attorneys, and he did not see how he could help. As I report the other two parties to the NC Bar, Kevin will also be reported for lack of due-diligence. That and we were on a committee with them for Chamber of Commerece, split giving some awa

McConnell was the worst legal representative that I have ever encountered. He advised me not to pursue applying for the administrator, stating that it would be impossible for anyone that wasn't an attorney and was out of state to be chosen by the court. His primary goal was to line his pocket. He later stepped down and allowed someone that was from out of state, not an attorney and a non-relative to become the administrator. His communication was poor to none after being retained by me. I got a nasty response from him when I reached out to him. No one deserve this type of treatment when they're already grieving a loss. Choosing him was the Worst mistake of my life.

Im not finished with the selling of my house but they already have went over and beyond for me as i live out of town. Great communication and has explained everything. I did not want a rgent and this firm made it easy so far
