Seth was extremely thorough and made what could have been a stressful home-buying process genuinely smooth, exciting, and enjoyable. I’ve signed a lot of paperwork in my life—probably not this much since joining the Marine Corps—and that was a stressful signing experience. This time was completely different. Seth took the time to explain every document in detail, walked us through the entire process step-by-step, and made sure we felt confident and informed the whole way through. He also went above and beyond by referring us to a trusted survey company for the land survey and connecting us with another attorney to help ensure our home would be properly passed down to my wife
