Took a chance on a google search and couldn’t be more glad I did! From the first call until the resolution tho office was very helpful. The reception desk answered every question, gave me options and was polite. The Attorney Smith handled everything and was able to get my ticket reduction. Payment was easy. HORRIBLE OFFICE! The receptionist Angie is the worst person I’ve come to know since moving to NC. I’ve dealt with her several times and she’s just unprofessional and terrible. The first time I called she was nasty to the point where I had to address her attitude before we continued. When I was able to speak to the attorney he said he would work with me for a specified price. I’m a meticulous finance major. I verified 3-4 times over the phone the pricing including everything else he told me that I wrote down and he repeated and confirmed. Well I called back in a week later to make the initial payment and his nasty assistant told me the price doubled!! I told her what Bryon told me and she all but called me a liar and said “he writes my paychecks so I’m not here to argue with a prospective”

When I got my ticket I truly thought I was screwed. I have a prayer for judgement that ends in 3 months and thought it was over. With in 10 minutes Angie had me fully calmed and made it seem like no big deal. Later that day Corey called and gave me the game plan and did exactly what the plan was. Amazing people and the cost was way more than fair. 10/10 if I ever have any issues In a county they cover I know who to call.

Mr. Bryon Smith is a true life saver. A few weeks ago I received a very serious speeding infraction in Onslow County. I found Mr. Smith the next day and hired him to represent me in court. He was exceptionally professional and clearly laid out what he could dismiss and reduced to. The price was very reasonable for the legal/financial impacts he was going to save me from. A month later, he represented my case and delivered exactly what he promised with a serious charge dismissed and no impact on DL points or insurance points. I can’t thank him and his office enough. Please do not hesitate to hire him if you need legal presentations.

Best treatment by an Attorney I’ve ever had. Bryon made me feel comfortable from the beginning and his knowledge of the law was unmatched. I highly recommend Brian if you need a great Attorney that really cares about your situation.
