Paid the full amount up front and then when both parties were in agreement and Atty Oswalt did not have to go to court he would not return any of the money. $7K for 1 20m in visit at the office and 1 court room visit and some generic paperwork. Just some advice when someone pays you 7K at least try to remember their name.

Waited 9months in jail for him to contact me. Would not answer or return calls. Or family members calls. It's all a scam for the legal system to get there money or "pay day". I try to contact him and his office and I can never reach him. Not doing his job! If I wasn't doing my JOB I would be fired. And y'all can retaliate against it if you want, I wouldn't consider retaliation against me. I have the freedom in America to write honest reviews. Of what I experienced. Of course he will help all the woman clients

I retained Mr.Oswalt for my custody and child support case. I was a struggling single mom, Mr.Oswalt was extremely understanding and allowed me to make payments. The day we had the custody trial Mr.Oswalt went in there and made my ex-husband and his lawyer look like a fool. The judge even saw through my ex-husband and his lies. They came to us half way through the trial wanting to make a deal after being against any type of compromise. I will use Mr.Oswalts services for any custody issues if any should arise in the future. Mr.Oswalt and his team thank you for all your hard work on my cases.

Mr Oswalt has been my lawyer since 2014. He has handled all of my cases from traffic to divorce and custody. He has never lost one of my cases and always provided realistic expectations. Just over all a good dude as well.

He is absolutely the worst lawyer I have ever used. Zero stars. His photos look 20+ years old. I do not recommend using this OLD man, I feel like he has early onset dementia. That, or, he intentionally lost my case, he refused to submit any evidence. Nothing he said made any sense, he was completely unprepared, and scatterbrained. He couldn't retain basic details about the case. He is absolutely the worst. I recommend using literally anyone else. He has a free consultation, but charges double what I was quoted elsewhere after the fact.
