I highly reccomend Tim Rusk. His staff was very responsive, I never sat on hold, and they were able to answer every question and concern I had. He was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed and keep me updated through the simple and hands off (on my end) process. Thank you to Mr. Rusk and his staff! I will definitely work with Mr. Rusk and his staff in the future if need be.

Mr. Rusk was extremely accommodating and quick. He delivered exactly what he promised on my traffic citation, and even went the extra mile to get me on an earlier docket. He was professional and polite in all our exchanges, and directly called me multiple times before my court date (even reminding me the night before). I would highly recommend him to anyone with a traffic citation in the HEB area. While I hope I'll never need his services again, I know who I'll call next time I'm in a pickle!

I've used Mr. Rusk for at least 5 traffic tickets. He always gets my fines reduced and keeps them off my record. My last ticket, the city made a mistake and said I violated my probation. They wouldn't dismiss it without me appearing in court in front of the judge. I had no idea how to prove they were wrong. Mr Rusk came to court with me, represented me so that I never had to say a word and got the case dismissed. All at no additional charges outside of the $60 I originally paid to handle the ticket. I never write reviews for anyone, but he went above and beyond to help me out. I'll continue to use him for any traffic tickets I receive in the future and highly recommend him.

I have hired Mr Rusk and his team countless times for traffic violations since the early 90s and found innocent in all . They always act like true professionals rather than order takers.
