I received this number to contact this firm about information regarding W-2’s from a business that went bankrupt. The lady who answered the phone stated in a matter of fact attitude that said company was working with another 3rd party to send out my W-2’s. I tried to confirm if it was the actual company and not the franchisee that was working on the issue and she basically just repeated her answer with no clarification. I was in the middle of asking for contact information for whoever could help me because I don’t live at the address I had on file with the company and she became irritated and said “that’s all the information I have.” Couldn’t take the time to answer my question.
