We were most pleased with Christopher Hamm’s update to our estate. Previous attorney made original estate plan cumbersome & had unnecessary steps in the process. Chris (who was recommended by friend) explained the clearest easiest way to make the needed changes. He communicated clearly, understandably, and is personable. He is professional but not intimidating….has a pleasant manner. And his fee was reasonable. His staff is helpful answering questions & returns calls right away. Chris and his team were fantastic... he made our will, trust and other estate matters very simple for us to understand. He was quick to tell us his opinion, pro's and con's, but we never felt pressured one way or another. He responded to our questions promptly which made it easy for us to decide what we wanted. My experience was not great. I was visibly shaken and nervous in my consultation and he could not have cared less. He had an annoying smirk on his face the whole time. I have metlife through work. Not only did he make me wait 2 months just for a consultation, despite no wait times being part of the agreement, but he would not even look at the stack of paperwork I brought with me to the consult to see if he could help with my case. He spent only 10 minutes with me and said I needed to put the papers in pdf form, fill out paper work and pay $600 in fees up front before he'd even read a word. He was stuck on one of my issues and would not listen to the rest of my issues. I knew I was supposed to have 20 free hours, but he stated I only had 8, he did not like to do payment plans, and would jus

Update: I recently used Chris' services again for my husband and I's wills. He is so professional, quick to respond and helpful with any questions we have. Ariel is so organized and great at keeping us on track so that we can quickly and efficiently complete the process. Chris is amazing! I reached out to him to help my mother with her estate plans. We met in person and he was so patient and thoughtful with her and her requests and questions. All in all he made the entire process very easy for us and I am so grateful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs his services!
