If your divorce is very simple, Ms. Moore may be able to handle it. However, if your case involves any level of complexity, mediation, or requires strong advocacy, I would recommend seeking representation elsewhere. Throughout my case, I was repeatedly told one course of action would be taken. However, when it came time for mediation, that position was not upheld. An incorrect date of separation was entered on the initial legal document. When this error was discovered, rather than correcting the mistake, I was told we would simply proceed with it as written. The final outcome was not what had been verbally agreed to or what I was told would be pursued on my behalf. My experience with this attorney was unacceptable. She failed to protect me, ignored clear evidence of violence from my ex, and allowed him to bypass rules without accountability. She acted without my consent, took advantage of my situation, and repeatedly made decisions that served her interests instead of mine. I felt unrepresented, misled, and unprotected throughout the case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services.

I went in in 2019 to get a divorce it eas the last minute and couldn’t find anyone so i went with her. It seemed good at the time but now?!?!?!?! She told me to get my husband’s retirement i had to put it in the divorce papers so I said put it in and i want Alimony also. I asked about the alimony and was told the judge denied it and I said what we were married 26 years and he paid just about everything and i had no job at the time. When i turned in the paperwork to get my retirement i was told there was nothing in the paperwork about the retirement. I said yes it is she said she put it in. Miss Moore and her paralegal, Susan have gone above and beyond any of the money that I have paid them. The things that have helped me with and the accomplishments we have made in court are all priceless to me and she is still the most affordable attorney around. I will forever be in their debt. Please don’t listen to these poor reviews. Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

If you want respected legal representation, keep searching. The body language and facial expressions of the lawyers/attorneys, clerks and sometimes even the judge, says that Moore is not regarded highly in these spaces. I know her to have represented a woman in a divorce/custody case, and years later, represented that woman’s ex-husband in a separate custody case. Her integrity and professionalism is questionable. Take the good reviews with a grain of salt. In my experience, the one star reviews are more in line with her services and who she is.
