My family and I had an appointment at 12pm. We arrived at 11:55am we were greeted by a lady and taken to and sat in an office waiting for our consultation patiently. After a few minutes the lady came back into the office and said the attorney was running a little late we said ok. My family an l continued to wait at about 12:38pm the attorney still did not arrive. I got up walked down the hallway to ask the lady where was the attorney. She was coming out of her office and said the attorney was in their Augusta office and that he was sorry he was with another client and ran late and that we could do a zoom meeting. I then said that won’t be necessary. My family and I got up and left out after waiting approximately 50 minutes. The lady asked if I would like to reschedule an appointment for
