Never filed the title to our house for TWO YEARS. We closed and they were supposed to file the title. Some wording on it was wrong from the police that filled it out and nobody ever told us. So 2 years later we went to sell the house and our closing got moved because the title was never under my name. Bad communicators and rude desk women. They don’t answer phones. I sat on hold for 15 minutes and when someone finally came back she was extremely rude. Don’t waste your time. Use someone else.
