I had an excellent experience working with Andrew Bennett for my contested child custody venue case. Mr. Bennett was exceptionally well-prepared during our hearing and made sure that I knew exactly what he was going to argue to the judge. I felt very comfortable during the hearing and was pleased with the results. During the four months I worked with him, Mr. Bennett always replied quickly to my communications and answered all of my questions. Custody battles can often be messy, mean, and, more often than they should, hurtful towards the child. Luckily I went to Andrew for guidance and help. He was straight forward and told the truth. He told me of his experiences with both the smooth and the not so smooth cases he's had, and had a preference of things going smooth. He told me "I hope that both you and her (the mother) can come to an agreement without coming to court, but if things get bad, I will burn her to the ground." As mean and harsh as that sounds, that's what you want from a lawyer if you truly want to secure your role in your child's life.
