Sam Tipton’s firm helped me very quickly get a number of traffic violations dismissed. This incident would be the second that time I had need of legal representation from Sam Tipton’s firm. The first time I had need of Sam’s services, he stepped in to resolve a potential legal issue that my small business was faced with before it got brought to court. Their communication was amazing and their fees are very reasonable. I was able to pay it in full immediately but they offered me the option of a payment plan if I needed it. Trey was my legal council along with Sam at times during my divorce case. In early August I received a speeding ticket a few miles from Marysville Tennessee and when I called to find out how much the fine would be I was told that I had to drive back to Marysville and appear before the Judge which would have required me driving six hours one way to pay the fine and being 76 years old it would have required me to drive from 2 AM so feeling this was not wise I called Tipton Law Firm and this turned out to be a great decision because for a modest fee they handled everything and got the case dismissed.
