Mike always goes the extra mile for me. In 2022, Mr. Hickman did a POA for my mother. My mother has now been diagnosed with dementia. I sent said POA to her mortgage company, and they denied it. I took the denial letter they sent to Mike’s office and left it with the front desk as Mike was in court. I stopped in a few days later to see if he had any information for me. He was in court, but the gentleman at the front desk told me to wait, that he was due back anytime. In about 10 minutes, he came into the office. The gentleman at the front desk went to ask him if he had any information for me. Mike came down the hall to the front office and proceeded to tell me that he had drawn up many POA’s and they had never been rejected and there was nothing he could do for me. If I were able to give Mike a 10/10 I would. He took on my case last minute, rearranging his own schedule to help me. He listened to me thoroughly and he took over from that point forward. This attorney knows the law. He is witty and firm and most importantly he supports and fights for his clients aggressively. He communicates effectively with his clients keeping them in the loop.
