I called Andy Long’s office on a recommendation from a family friend, an attorney in Knoxville, in a panic one morning. The sweet secretary immediately got me in touch with the attorney, Sarah Smith. She kept me calm, communicated with offices pressing charges, showed up for me with compassion for my circumstances, worked for me, and kept in constant contact with my loved ones for the short time I was away. She negotiated a more than fair deal with my DA and got me home to my family quickly, the very next day! I would recommend her to anyone with her empathetic character and her willingness to work for, and with, her clients. She was amazing in my situation and I appreciate everything she did for me!

Sarah Smith showed up for me in court and was very eager to fight my case for me. She was willing to fight tooth and nail to have my charges completely dropped. She was very professional and had me in court 2 days early, and instead of getting my case reset as the judge wanted with a hold w/out bond she got me a good deal and out that same day..
