When you complain, they'll tell you that the contract—which you should read in less than 5 minutes—stipulates that they are not responsible. It's only when you complain about their poor work that they take the time to explain things properly, and then they say, "You should have known that when you signed," as if I were a lawyer! They basically have the license and knowledge to steal from you. I recommend you seek help from AI and represent yourselves; I assure you, you'll get better results. Good luck there.

Worst law firm ever, absolute scam. Never any communication. The lawyer I hired was not the one that handled my case. Charged double having been a complicated case but promised positive outcome yet still got the shaft in court. Lawyer working in the court room is stretched too thin to do his job properly and all they care about is the money. I would highly recommend hiring someone else and will never use them ever again!
