The young lady who answers calls for this firm is very unprofessional. Instead of informing me that she was providing me with a number for another firm because her firm does not handle my matter. She just starts reading the numbers to me and when I asked what the number was for she still did not advise that it was a referral. Bad business. Happy that this firm does not have to handle my matter.
