Update: The office manager Jennifer reached out to me to apologize.She explained they had several employees out with the flu and scheduled us a consultation with attorney Allison Bauer. Meeting went well and we are moving forward with their services. I called their Port St. Lucie office Tuesday 2/17 and left a message that we are interested in updating our wills and could they call me back to schedule an appt. I called several more times to see if anyone would answer the phone- they never did. On Thursday afternoon 2/19 I completed their online request to be contacted. As of today 2/23 I have no response back?? I just lost a week waiting to hear back- I will move to another firm and hopefully will have a better experience.

They have been our estate attorneys since 2000. We have always been happy with their service.
