I made a phone call well over 2 months ago to receive assistance with an uncontested divorce. I was directed to leave a voicemail with Cheryl. I called and left voicemails multiple times. I called the front desk and the woman told me she would email on my behalf and I should be hearing back soon. One day my phone rang for a couple seconds and the call ended and went to voicemail. Cheryl called and asked me to call back. I called back immediately and got sent back to voicemail. Since that incident it has been over a month with no call back and I have called semi-frequently to check in.
