Larry Navaisky handled a tax issue and real estate transaction for us. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and hard working. I always received prompt return calls to my questions. He saved $500 at the closing by revealing a charge by the buyer's attorney that should not have been there. I recommend him without reservation.
Had to do a for sale by owner from out of state. Larry and his staff were great during the initial meeting, the closing, and the whole process in between. Would recommend him to anyone that needed a real estate attorney.
They helped guide us thru the complex world of home buying in NY, Larry is quick to respond and Sandra his paralegal is the best!
