I hired this firm to handle my workers comp case. MISTAKE! I could never get a response from Susan. After a year of waiting to hear , Susan told me I didn't have a case,and would most likely be criminally charged for insurance fraud if she pursued my case any further. She stated to me it would not be in her best interest to continue,because it wouldn't being in enough money to warrant her fighting my case further,then dropped my case.
