Called in order to get help receptionist said “Jason makes his own schedule I’ll pass it along” and never heard back from him. Now Jason has always been rude but never a slacker so what’s up with this?

His experience makes him shrewd, so expect to tell you the truth, whether you like it or not 🤭. He also does NOT mess around when he believes his client has a solid case. On the day of my hearing, he found out that the Prosecuting Attorney had not viewed the dash cam footage from my case’s discovery, so Mr. Clark told the Judge that we weren’t moving forward with the case until the evidence was viewed and discussed. He led the Prosecutor into a side chamber and made her watch the footage. After seeing, she realized that I did indeed have a case. She agreed to drop the main conviction; she knew she’d lose the case
