Had to quit my job because I had to take care of my sick father but I still paid what I could then I asked to go to a chapter 7 because I also injured my back and could not stand for a period of time to work. They said don’t worry about it, but they didn’t tell me that they was trying to take interest out of a home that I did not have in my name they would not answer my calls. They would not answer my emails until I decided to have my bankruptcy Because all of the conversation I had with them was always rushed away. They would not let me say what I wanted to say. After reading such great reviews, I was disappointed with my consultation. As soon as I stepped into Timberly's office she asked why I was there (giving she already knew why). I said I was in need of help for my debts, her reply "yeah you and everyone else". Nothing professional or friendly from her, also I wasn't expecting someone representing a law office to be in t-shirt and jeans. To add, she never responded to my email when I updated her with information. She also never emailed back on the date she was supposed to follow up. The receptionist was friendly and professional but I didn't get that from Timberly. Wish it could have been a better experience from the reviews I read.
