Although Mr.Gras is a very nice man his interest are more driven by his pay check than your outcome. Be careful when paying him to prepare case for court he prefers to postpone without discussing. Leaving you only to pay him more money. If your gut tells you he's doing you wrong he probably is. Many Lesson learned. If your in the right dealing with a landlord there are many available resources Mr. Gras's should NOT be one of them.
Once again Mr. Gras has provided me with expert guidance in tricky situations. I highly recommend his legal counsel in family and business matters. Beautiful office in downtown Easton, gracious surroundings and decorum.
