Ewing Dietz Foubtain & Kaludis P.A. Is a great law firm. They have supported me through my divorce and custody issues successfully! We all know what everyone says about lawyers and they are only good for taking your money, well that’s not true with this firm. David Baines is my lawyer and he is fantastic! He is honest, and cares about his clients. He is very communicative, listens to what it is I want and will tell me if it’s realistic or not. He looks out for his clients best interest which now a days can be hard to find, and will fight for you. He is always prepared and has never missed a deadline.

Gave me very poor advice. Recommended an attorney in his firm that was poorly prepared and incorrect presenting my case in my hearing! Very lawyer-centric firm, not client-centric. Lawyers' opinions more important than client's. Cannot recommend this firm

Working with David Baines was a very positive experience for our family. He was professional and straightforward So there was no surprises, however he balanced this well as his personality is personable and caring. Because our case was emotionally exhausting already it was such a relief that he managed so much independently and that we didn't have to make dozens of small decisions .His judgment proved to be nearly spot on throughout our case.
