Mr. Christman is a very nice, attentive, and detailed attorney but his staff is very rude, particularly the receptionist she seems very overwhelmed, and is very short with everyone, she needs to work on her customer service and administrative skills. She puts you on hold forever then gets you confused with other callers. No one responds to emails or voicemails that you leave. I definitely regret coming to this law firm.

Please stay clear and free from this place I went in on 9/15/15 to start the process how ever I gave them $300.00 deposit down never did any paperwork. I then change mind after a month has past I called the secretary whose clueless she told me to write a letter stating I don't need the service which I did I took it in the office on 11/20/15 I called several times emailed several times concerning my refund no response or answer the secretary doesn't no anything the office manager Joi is a joke because she doesn't return phone calls. I had to write a letter to the board concerning this practice and file a whole complaint about it. Less alone go file a civil suit on an attorney for $300.00 sad very sad please do not use this place you won't get the service and less alone anything done for you

Receptionist has no knowledge of anything, she seems to be very overwhelmed. Pricing is made up as they go along.You will not get the answer to any questions you may have once you pay for the service. Once upon a time I would have recormmended this compny to eveyone but they aren't as professional as they once were. .

I went to see Mr Christman in 2014 just to get an idea of what I need to do about all of the debt I was in. I was just getting over a divorce and felt like a fish out of water. He took me in the office and made it all seem so simple, and treated me like family.
