(I am a teacher and have a side hustle working for Amazon, so I have a very full work life. Therefore it was essential for me to have an attorney that could handle most things without me.) Ken and his secretary Ashley were flexible yet very responsive to all my inquiries and did a phenomenal job of getting things done. At the end of my case Ken offered several clear options I could take, gave me his professional opinion, but did not pressure on me to decide any certain way.

Ken was so very accommodating when I sought his expertise in updating an existing legal document. He suggested that we communicate through email, initially, so that I could pose questions, respond to his replies/suggestions, and know what materials I needed to have in hand when I visited his office.
