My daughter was in a car accident in July of 2019. David is her lawyer and he is terrible. The only time I hear from him is if I call to check on her case. He was able to come to a settlement with the driver who was at fault insurance around September of 2023. Because the amount of insurance was low he also wanted go after the insurance of the car my daughter was in once the fist part of the case was settled. I called David in the summer of 2024 to follow up because he doesn't reach out to me at all. He told me he didn't start contacting the second company because he forgot.
