Unprofessional… lady and her secretary … I won’t even refer to her as an atty. She started screaming and cutting me off. Threatening me and being condescending. I had to hang up and call back several times until she used her calm voice. Finally I only talked to the secretary cause this lady was too much. The most bizarre version of a toddler playing lawyer without a snack and not wanting to take a nap.

Receptionist is disgusting!!!! Rude, disrespectful, and has no idea what she’s talking about!!! Sounded like a complete moran on the phone when she’s trying to argue with me about someone being a minor born in 1999 , received services in 2021 actual year of birth is 2002. Which would make this person 19 at the time of service yet she responded with “ she was a minor at the time of service in 2021, born in 1999!!!” Wouldn’t that make her 22 dummy?!?! Seriously!! Basic math skills!!! Place is a joke!!! They can legally take a random name and put it someone elses bill them attach that persons check, INSTEAD OF THE LEGAL ADULT THAT RECEIVED THE SERVICES?!?! I don’t think so!!! The icing on the cake… allowed another random person to sign a summons on behalf of someone else. Mind you the person

Called her office and the receptionist was huffing and puffing on the phone, not a people friendly, and she was very aggravated by my call, and when i was wishing her a good day she hung up on me, very unsatisfactory experience, how does she expect people to call her office for help when her receptionist doesnt want to provide any help
