Unfortunately, I had retained an attorney, Tim Bevevino, for a property / boundary / easement matter. Mr. Bevevino requested a certain retainer fee, and within 2 months of a judicial trial date, he bluntly said he would need a minimum of $16,000 more to move forward. It became obvious Tim Bevevino dragged out a civil case for years in order to avoid a judicial trial and gain as much money as he could from me. I had paid over $10,000 in attorney fees to T. Bevevino, when he claimed he wanted $16,000 more for a simple civil case. When I was overbilled, $500, he literally lashed out with disrespect for my questioning the bill. His rate of fee, which he raised to $195 per hour, was unworthy of his self-proclaimed legal knowledge. I write this truthful, transparent review in hopes it helps some

They have been a great help in our case. We have had some blocked roads, but they are on top of getting us what we deserve and fingers crossed the justice. Love the building, the architecture, and the natural wood throughout has that a warm welcome feeling. The people are friendly and welcoming.

Attorney Ann Thomas did nothing for 2-3 months on my divorce case and that cost me $500. APL was involved which due to lack of any action on her part to file a simple modification l, cost me almost $3k and potentially incarceration. Apparently her other cases were more important than mine. I had to get another lawyer.

If you choose to have Tim B help you with your living will, be warned he will verbally abuse and bully your family if they choose anyone else when settling the estate. Very unprofessional and abusive. Would never recommend.
