We worked with Bernard Sr. He helped us setup a Seller-Financed Mortgage for a house sale, do the Deed for that sale, do a Living Will, and a Durable Power of Attorney. The mortgage prep fee was $170, deed prep $170, PoA $275, and Living Will $275. Cost to record the deed was $70 and to record the mortgage was $70. Office hours with him were $350/hour. He made things easier for us by explaining things we didn't understand by providing examples. He told us he has been doing this stuff since 1968. He was very personable and nice to work with. I live outside of Cleveland 3 hours away and was in Warren for an unrelated appointment. I stopped into their office without an appointment to see if he could help us and he was able to get us in that same afternoon to talk to us to assess what we were

He did ABSOLUTLY NOTHING for me. The list of all the things they will do?? Forget it, he did none of the most important things.
