We've used Ken many times for real estate transactions. In our last transaction the seller was actually thinking about dropping their representation and just using Ken as well since Ken's office was so responsive and had everything in order a week before closing. Today I sent an email inquiring about a past transaction. I was hoping to get a response sometime this week and feared I might get no response at all. Not to worry Ken corresponded with me several times within a couple hours and got me straightened out. I really can't say enough about Ken and his office.
