Bob Giles is absolutely one of the laziest, most unprofessional attorneys I’ve ever encountered. He blatantly lied about reviewing client information when he simply hadn’t bothered to review it at all. He wasted almost 2 months of time failing to prepare for an upcoming hearing, forcing us to fire him and find another attorney who would actually bother to prepare.

I retained Smith Giles for my speeding and reckless driving tickets. They had my reckless driving dismissed and the speeding ticket extremely reduced! I would have never gotten those kinds of results without them. Everything was handled professionally, I was kept informed and the case was done without needing to be continued. I would recommend them again and again

Unprofessional and Misleading I hired Michelle to handle two tickets — DWLR and running a stop light. Like many sales reps, she was friendly and eager while negotiating. A few days after taking my money, she suddenly claimed she couldn’t represent me due to a “conflict of interest.” That was fine — she assured me she’d strike my June FTA and prevent my license from being suspended in September. September came and my license was suspended anyway for failure to pay an FTA. Turns out, there were two FTAs. It’s concerning she could identify a “conflict” from a year-old case but somehow missed an active FTA from just two months prior. I called and emailed her office several times — no response. Like a typical salesperson, once she got what she wanted, the professionalism vanished. Michelle
