Very, very, very slow. I called several months ago, intending to set up an LLC, but due to funding, we decided to wait until now when we had what was needed. I emailed six days ago (at the time of this review) saying that we were ready to go through with it, and I called to make sure that he got the email. The receptionist told me she would give my information to Frank Longest, and I haven’t heard anything back since. Even the email I had sent him way back months ago was never responded to. I can’t recommend this company as they seem to crawl at the pace of a snail, and they don’t communicate at all. Disappointed, since Frank seemed like such a helpful and nice guy. Unsure where to start. Mr. Longest as a person when I met him at our consultation. He seemed like a very sincere, nice person which he maybe. Came in on Nov. 30, 2022 and spoke with him about getting papers submitted in order to settle my deceased dad's estate, grant it, which wasn't much because all his debts were already paid off. So pretty much just needed Small Estate paper submitted to Estate Clerk of Court to close his bank account. As time went on, I didn't hear from him nor his assistant. I called left messages, actually stopped by the office as well. And maybe once actually spoke with his assistant to check on the progress in which she stated to me let me check and I'll give you call back. Never heard from no one. This place is a joke. Do not waste your time. Save yourself the trouble and get an attorney that doesn’t drag their feet and cost you in the long run. No communication and doesn’t follow up with simple things for instance paperwork being signed. 7 months and still haven’t closed on my purchase.

Would not take my dads case because they didn’t have anyone that speaks Spanish . They never gave me the chance to tell them I was going to go in with him so he could fully understand what was going on. If they didn’t allow that they could of just said so.
