Great place to get your taxes done, all the tax preparers are great and helpful!

Angela did an awesome job with my return.

Angela is very thorough. I loved working with her. We uploaded our docs into their site and she prepared our taxes before we ever got there. She called with any necessary questions and answered mine promptly via email when sent. We went over the taxes at our appointment, made any necessary changes, signed, and we were done. I couldn't be happier. I felt confident that she knew her tax laws too, which made us feel good! I love the Peace of Mind Program that HR Block offers as well!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. HAZEL C. LAUGHED IN MY FACE & WAS EXTREMELY RUDE THE WHOLE 5 minutes I sat in front of her. I left bc I AM NOT ABOUT TO SIT WITH YOUR ATTITUDE FOR 1 hour. YOURE PROVIDING ME A SERVICE NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. idk how a person with that personality is employed at H&R Block. I would NEVER treat my clients this way. Never doing business with them again.

My experience was horrible! My preparer omitted 1 number out of my durect deposit which caused me all kinds of problems. Of course they got their outragious fees and took me thru hoops to get my money and I am still waiting. I now have to wait for a paper check and God knows how long that will take. They are not on the same page and when you talk to a different person you get a different answer. Now thats take a domino effect which will follow with my irs taxes and stimulus check. They got their money so now they dragging their feet on mines. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF AND ROBBED!
