Conflict of Interest – My Experience with Simpson Law disregarding the New Mexico Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 16. In my personal experience, Simpson Law Office made a choice that raises serious ethical concerns. They had previously represented a Ditch Company, which manages water access for users like myself. Later, they chose to represent someone who is actively interfering with that same ditch system — directly harming users the ditch company was created to support. This isn’t just a bad look — in my opinion, it’s a clear conflict of interest. When I brought this to their attention in person, I was told to “File it with the courts.” No denial. No justification. Simpson law is at an all-time low. They have now resorted to copying and pasting paperwork for debt collectors at a rate of $250. What a joke! But, then again, it's an attorney! She should go in business as a used car salesman and the debt collectors can run the credit side of things. That would probably be a great career move for this attorney! Stay away folks!

As a local attorney and colleague of Ms. Simpson, I know with certainty that Ms. Simpson is highly respected in the legal community and in the community in general. She is experienced and very smart. She does exemplary work for her clients.

If you want to lose! Hire this attorney. She works for the opposing team. Some people just don't want to work anymore.
