First of all I chose her because she said she practiced tribal law. My case is complicated anyways I guess it was a waste of $160 bucks for a 15min consultation. Went in told her my situation, said she would take it and would email me the retainer contract. That was on Dec 03, 2025. As of today Dec 14 still haven't heard from her and no contract. It was a waste of my time and certainly the 160. To bad I can't give a lower rating.

Absolutely incredible service!! Our family was blessed with an opportunity to care for a beautiful toddler and we had no idea on how to get the guardianship process started in order to pick them up. One phone call to the Unsicker Law Firm and they gave us everything we needed to pick up the little guy that night! Words cannot express how grateful and impressed we are with this firm and the people who make it up! We will continue to use them throughout this process and for any future needs. Again, absolutely outstanding customer service and a true passion for helping kiddos!

Ms. Unsicker was neutral during our in-person interactions; however, in court, she misrepresented my intentions regarding the genuine expression of my feelings after reflecting on our prior discussion. Her portrayal suggested that I was not being transparent with my daughter about my true feelings concerning her wishes, which unfairly called my character into question and ultimately influenced the court’s perception and handling of my case.

I had a really unique case with jurisdiction. I couldn't find an attorney who was licensed with the Navajo Nation and knowledgeable enough to take my case. I was getting the round around from state and tribal entities. Talk to this attorney, talk to that attorney. Law Firms not answering their phones. Attorneys not licensed on Navajo Nation. I left it God's hands to guide me to a attorney who knows their craft. I was getting desperate and I was able to find The Unsicker Law Firm. Miss Unsicker heard me out, she wasn't afraid to take on and handle my case. Good always prevails!! If you need a family law attorney licensed on the Navajo Nation, I highly recommend Unsicker Law Firm. I Thank God for her!!

Nicci and her team were very professional from the first phone to the end of our transaction. She answered all of the questions that I had to begin with, I had never had an attorney before, she made the process easy and did not push me into a situation.
