Had an appointment for an 11:30 consultation. Mark no call, no showed which wasted hours of my time and missed work. I followed up with his paralegal and she assured me he would reach out to me by the end of day. He did not. I followed up again the next day and was able to actually speak with Mark this time. He was rude, short, and uninformative. He told me that he will not represent me because he already represents someone else in my family. Thats fine, but… He could have had his paralegal inform me that he wasn’t going to represent me BEFORE wasting a day and half of my time.
