I was initially referred to Attorney Silva for a consultation, and shortly after I received a call from the firm’s excellent legal assistants letting me know that Attorney Kiernan would be representing me instead. From the very beginning, Attorney Kiernan was honest, direct, and extremely helpful. He does not sugarcoat cases or give false hope, so be prepared for straightforward, no nonsense advice. I genuinely appreciated that approach. I’m grateful to have had him represent me, and today my case was dismissed, which was a huge win. I also want to give a big shoutout to the legal assistant team for being professional, responsive, and keeping me informed throughout the entire process.

You know when you get a ticket and get a million letters from law offices?? IGNORE THEM ALL except for the BLUE envelope from Silva, Kiernan, and associates. I was always sent a text looking for any updates or information as we were waiting on my car insurance court letter. Sent what I could get which ended up being enough. They stuck with me from about Aug2025-Feb2026. Kept me informed. And someone was always available.

Called to hire someone to take care of a couple of citations. Was told I would get a return call with a quote. Upon the return call was told I would need to contact the dmv, go to court, get a continuance myself and then call them with my license obtained so they could take it to court and get the charge dismissed. I can do that. Anyone can do that. What would I pay you for? That didn’t even bother me as much as the pretentious belittling attitude from the receptionist. Sad I was recommended to these people.
