Wanted to do a will with them. We met and said a draft will be sent within 2 weeks. This was on January 23rd. Nothing came and didn’t hear from them. Called to follow up twice and said it would be sent within a week and “it probably got pushed aside”. Never came until 2nd week of April. I emailed stating my disappointment and they emailed back with sorry and we are terminating business with you. Very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care at all. Oh and they charge way to much compared to other firms.

Did a closing. Said everything was in order. It was not. Nightmare. Could not get to their office. Refused to set up at another office. I have done that before with title companies not affiliated. Will not go out of their way. Fees seemed excessive as well. Beware

I have been using Steve Scott and Scott Law Group for over 10 years. They have handled both my personal matters as well as Island Music business. You could not ask for a better team to represent your business.

Get your fee in writing first. We were told $250 and then the bill came in for $550. We meet in the middle.

Might not be the least expensive but definitely the best for any property or contract issues in southern Md.
