Left a message with Mark's assistant. They never bothered to return the call. My family has been dealing with this firm for a very long time. Not like it used to be. What a shame

They didn’t call me back so after 1 week of waiting I took it upon myself to call again and follow up. I sat on hold for 15 minutes after explaining my situation. The lady then sets me up for a phone appt only to be told it costs $200 for a consultation. Who has $200 to throw away to see if someone would take your case? I’m not even asking a legal question or advice, I’m asking for representation. That’s insane.
