Rouse Law Office

I have been trying for almost a year now to get a simple transfer of a deed done. The lady that has been "helping" me is named Joann. She refuses/forgets to return my calls, doesn't ever remember the last things we spoke about in the previous conversations we have, and always has some lame excuse as to why she hasn't done the next step in the process. It's always "Let me check on this and I'll call you back"(never calls back). At one point I myself did some googling after she told me she didn't know what to do next and found out for her what the next steps are. After telling her what I found on google she was all like "Oh yeah... Ok... I will get right on that and overnight all the paperwork to the people..." 2 weeks later now and she doesn't even remember what she was supposed to mail off

I bought a house back in December 2023, through this law firm, however the house is still in the old owner name, I called them and left many messages but. No response yet, we are talking a year and 7 months. I spoke with different employees and no response yet.

Disappointed. A friend of mine hired, Keith Rouse.. He seemed nice, but suddenly became semingly bias. He had my friend's trafric case continued on a good day in court. Just judge and DA. Finaly after three months of continuences. My friend had his traffic ticket herd. Keith Rouse did a poor job in a sence the fines were ridiculous.. $200 79mph in a 70mph speed zone. After my friend payed $350 legal fees, $100 for driving diverging class..n
