Called twice, was told he would return my call but, that was THREE weeks ago so I'm thinking it ain't happening. If someone is disinclined to discuss and or take a case why not simply say so? That was the person knows to seek counsel elsewhere. Otherwise, it speaks rather poorly of the individual in question.
